Personal Assistant 

•  Coordinating among the Heads & Leads of the company, ensuring right information at right place on right time as desired by the MD.
•  Scheduling and calendar management, candidate need to appreciate the value of the MDs time and manage meetings effectively.
•  Coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the confidentiality of the information.
•  Managing E-mails, every incoming mail need to be read, understood and tracked to ensure closure.

•  Track closure of agenda points discussed in the meetings by maintaining its proper documentation and records. Reminding the managers/executives regarding their important tasks.
•  Execute tasks related to personal finances, expense management, domestic and foreign guest relations and travel arrangements.
•  Enable on-time execution of special projects which are driven by the MD.
•  Willing to travel in and out of the city as on need basis.
