We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide ONLINE personalized secretarial and administrative support for a Canadian based Event Planning company to assist with the communication, organization and coordination of Bridal Show in Canada. This is a short term contract employment Only. 

You need to be able to provide support in a well-organized, responsible and timely manner. This is a work from home position. 

Perfect for Fresh Graduates and Stay at Home individuals looking for temporary side income. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager's communication.

Job Details:

  • Work from Home position

  • You will act as a virtual personal assistant and complete daily/weekly tasks set up by the manager

  • Work Days - Tuesday to Sunday - 6 days a Week (Monday OFF)

  • Work Hours - 4 hrs per day; 10:30pm to 2:30am IST

  • Should have access to high-speed Internet and Laptop with the ability of video calls for weekly/bi-weekly meetings.

  • Job Duration: 5.5 months ONLY (mid-October 2019 to End of March 2020)

  • Salary: INR5000 per month 

Job Requirements:

  • Work experience as a personal assistant preferred

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Superior English proficiency

  • Should be proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Forms

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills

  • Up-to-date with the latest online and applications such as Slack communications and Asana project management

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Undergraduate degree required

  • Diploma or Certification in Event Planning would be considered an advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and external clients

  • Screen and respond to all emails and correspondence in a timely manner

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately

  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments

  • Produce reports, contracts, presentations and briefs

  • Maintain a Cloud-based filing system

  • Handle all tasks assigned within Project management tool in a timely manner. 

  • Be ONLINE and available for communication during the hours of work for fast and open communication
