Designation: Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

Experience required: 3+ years

Job Description:

·         Handle office and outdoor work

·         Planning/organizing/structuring various task.

·         Coordination with suppliers or vendors relating to purchase. 

·         Organize, operate and maintain filing system & Data Management

·         Should be good in planning & scheduling meetings,

·         Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize assigned work

·         Coordinating with factory staff and travel to the factory as per requirement

·         Drafting & vetting of various legal documents, License agreement, etc. 

·         Should be able to do multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines.

·         Should be good in Excel, Email drafting

·         Well versed with a personal assistant or secretary work.
