Hi All, 

  • We are hiring for secretarial or personal assistant role.  
  • Freshers with Good Communication Skills and knowledge of MS office can apply.
  • Training will be given by company on the JOB Role . 
  • Job Title: secretarial / personal assistant
  • Experience : 0-2 year
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and proof-reading of project quotations (25%)
  • Followup with clients on payments (25%)
  • Coordination with clients and third parties to get information and fix meetings (10%)
  • Documentation and management of travel and other expenses (15%)
  • Coordination with other teams on director's to-do list in their absence in office. (15%)
  • Other miscellaneous days to day work like diction and documentation of normal work in the office. (10%) 
  • Requirements: 
  • Very good with written and spoken English
  • Good experience at using MS Office Suite.
  • Decent aptitude.
  • Diligent and Hardworking.
