• Acting as a first point of contact.
• Managing & screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive. booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organizing and attending meetings.
• Carrying out specific projects and research.
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
• Meetings with clients related to product and lead generation.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. 
• Knowledge/ experience of 'IndiaMart' will be added advantage.

Qualification:

• Fresher are welcome.
  
• Young, hard working & Energetic candidate 
  
• Computer literacy
