Accurately review, proofread and assist with any materials, including documents, reports, memos, briefings, presentations, forms, and other items ensuring accuracy and completeness
Make powerpoint presentations, documents and draft e-mails on the instruction/brief
Ensure supporting materials for meetings and events are prepared accurately and provided in a timely manner to Founder
Take ownership for the success of the firm-wide administrative functions by effectively communicating with all clients, consultants, vendors, as needed
Create MIS reports and coordinate with developers on the development of the mobile application which are ideated by the firm and proactively understanding the changing requirements required to be fulfilled by the team members
