Position: Personal manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO

Responsibilities:
Assisting the CEO in all scheduling and rescheduling of sessions/meetings/appointments
Required to shadow the working hours of the CEO.
Drafting emails/broadcasts/messages in formal professional written English as and when required
Managing the company/CEO’s WhatsApp account.
Assisting the CEO to shoots and offline projects as and when required.
Fluent in speaking and writing Business English.
Maintaining records with Google Sheets, forms, and other tools.
Act as a backup as and when required.
Should be well versed with managing Google Calendars
Ensuring that the systems are followed by all employees.
Training the employees for new systems.
Research and training for multiple operations and departments as and when required.
Act as the spokesperson for the company as and when required.
Setting up processes and systems for front-end and back-end business operations along with the team as and when required
Coordinating with leads and clients
Maintaining a follow up record Manage leads through multiple platforms and contact the leads from company WhatsApp Handle personal tasks, bookings, schedules of the CEO as and when required as well.
Finish the daily tasks at primary work hours decided between the company and the EA
Coordination for meetings, travel, schedules of the CEO is required throughout the day.
Take complete ownership of the assigned tasks

Work closely with the CEO for growth projects
Working hours shall be 9 hours per day. Availability will vary and is expected as per the schedule of the CEO, can vary from 8 AM to 10 PM IST.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and communication skills, in both verbal and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and online communication tools.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Strong time management and scheduling skills
Familiarity with booking travel arrangements and coordinating meetings
Experience managing multiple calendars and schedules
Able to work flexible hours and be available outside of traditional business hours if needed.
