Position: Personal Secretary/ Executive Assistant
Age preference: 27 to 35 years
Gender: Neutral (Male or Female)
Minimum qualification: Must be educated in English medium throughout with a Bachelor’s
degree from a reputed university.
Salary: INR 25,000/- to INR 30,000/- per month (as per experience).
Location: Candidate should be located in the tri-city (i.e., Chandigarh, Mohali or Panchkula).
Professional Competencies, among other things:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English.
Should have proficiency to handle recruitment process for the office
Should have proficiency in writing articles, reports.
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Highly Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Key Deliverables, among other things:
Manage the daily schedule
Manage office communications (e.g. phone, correspondence)
Schedule appointments
Attend to bank work and minor accounts related work
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes
during meetings
Make travel- boarding and lodging arrangements
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
Draft emails, memos and letters
Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
Manage database entry and client files
Order and maintain supplies
Document financial information
Organize and distribute messages
Maintain confidential department files/records
Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
Assist with presentations and reports
