Job Description- Personal assistant often acts as the manager`s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
Tasks for the P.A. to the M.D. -
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
Screening phone calls, enquiries, requests and handling them when appropriate
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
Maintain social platforms for company business Willingness to travel
Reply on MD`S behalf
Maintain terms with customers
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be part of confidential information
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Any graduate with excellent communication skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in secretarial works
Pleasing personality
Analytical skills, Proactive and flexible
Computer and internet Savvy (MS Office, internet, email)
Good oral and written communication skills
