Roles And Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal Staff
• Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
• Take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
• Preparing documents, papers, presentations etc. for business meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Maintaining Confidentiality is the fundamental requirement.
• Managing database of all activities with adequate filings
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
• Attending meetings along with MD Domestic & Internal oral.
