Responsibilities
Specific Support the Director in planning, directing and managing, by coordinating day-to-day business Financial activities.
Facilitate the Director s accessibility and open lines of communication in regards to various Financial Reports, Coordinate meeting and conference schedules.
Serve as point of contact for staff and clients.
Maintain Director s calendar, Develop and maintain a contact list for Director s business engagements and prepare and submit Financial reports of specific Projects as and when required.
