Eligibility: GATE / NET-JRF is mandatory for all Candidates (GATE score not more than Four Years
old, on the cutoff date for applications for Ph.D. Degree).A master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent degree with a minimum of 65% marks / 7.0 CGPI (60% marks/6.5 CGPI for SC/ST). (ECE/EE/CSE/IT/Biomedical) OR A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /Technology or equivalent degree with a minimum of 75% marks/ 8.0 CGPI (70% marks/7.5 CGPI for SC/ST) (ECE/ EE/ CSE/ IT/Biomedical) OR A Master's degree in Electronics Science/ Applied Physics / Physics / Computer Application with (a) a minimum of 75% / 8.0 CGPI in the master's degree (b) first division in bachelor's degree (c) INSPIRE INSPIRE JRF/ NET JRF .OR M.Sc. Electronics with 60% marks or above.
Note: Those who are in final year of Minimum qualification may also apply.
Mode of the application is online. The Application fee is Rs. 500/- for General/OBC and Rs.250/-for SC/ST candidates.
