Job Brief

• We are looking for a Pharma Support Executive.
  
• A Pharma representative, or PR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  

• Should handle inbound and outbound calls.
  
• Resolving queries of the clients over Phone, Chat and Email.
  
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  

• Must be B pharmacy qualified candidate.
  
• Proficiency in English along with Hindi or any Regional Language.
  
• Should have good communication & inter-personal skills.
  
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  
• Should have Basic computer & Internet skills.
