Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical calling.
• Client Handling: Proven experience in handling a portfolio of 10 or more clients.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Marg software is required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Promote pharmaceutical products and services, explaining their benefits and features.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
