Job Description

Ensuring your learning curve is high at all times
Ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standards
Consulting prescriptions and patients
Arranging the medicines in the racks and in medical boxes
Recommending another brand of medicine but of the same molecule to the patient
Answering Customer queries face to face or by Phone
Selling OTC medicines and various offers
Managing of expiry medication
Billing process in computer software
Advise customers of wait times for medication to arrive for special prescriptions which are not held in stock.
Dispense exact medication amounts and ensure that the correct amount is in the patient's prescription box.
Advise customers on prescription and medication costs when required.
