Designation: Pharmacist

Pharmacy Order Queue Management Medicine Order Processing Outbound Calls To Customers With Issue/Queries Call Center And Email Queue SLA Adherence Vendor Management Co-Coordinating With Partners / Corporates For / Customers For The Fulfillment Of Pharmacy Services Manage Customer Escalations And Feedback For Smooth Functioning Of Operations Provide Timely Inputs/Insights To Enhance Customer Experience And To Overcome Operations Challenges Prepare MIS For Daily Reporting And Tracking Adhoc Backend Activities(Data Validation) Customer Satisfaction Survey Outcalls Data Compilation And Validation Good Communication In English And Hindi 

Qualification:Ownership And Ability To Work Effectively In An Independent Environment Someone With 1-2 Years Of Experience
Preferably From A Customer Support Background
Someone With Medicine Or Pharmacy Background Is An Added Advantage Engaging Team To Get The Best Results
Excellent Coordination Skills In Convincing The Customer And Partners / Corporate Client Provide Quality Customer Service To Meet Demands Of Daily Volumes Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills Ready Work In Shift Timings
