· Pharmacy order queue management
· Medicine order processing
· Outbound calls to customers with issue / queries
· Call center and Email queue SLA adherence
· Vendor Management
· Co-coordinating with Partners / Corporates for / Customers for fulfillment of Pharmacy services
· Manage customer escalations and feedback for smooth functioning of operations
· Provide timely inputs / insights to enhance customer experience and to overcome operations Challenges
· Prepare MIS for daily reporting and tracking
· Adhoc backend activities(data validation)
· Customer satisfaction survey out calls
· Data compilation and validation
· Good Communication in English and Hindi
