1. Facilitate time bound medicine delivery to the customers
2. Collaborate with vets to ensure safe and effective medication use
3. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
5. Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
2. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
3. Strong problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Flexible in working hours and willing to work on weekends
5. Entry level knowledge of MS office tools and Google sheets
