Job Description

Greets and interacts with customers, Prescription Solve, Billing, Order for customer need, Collects payment using the store point of sale system, Performs other duties as assigned, Processes returns and exchanges, sales and customer service, Answers customer's questions, Assists customers with purchase decisions.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies
Order and replenish stocks as necessary
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Supervise and train store staff
Implement and oversee store policies and procedures
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store
