Job Description

Responsible for servicing customers over phone on various products and services offered by private banking sector.

Maintaining good service levels and cross sell bank products via call

Handling 80-100 calls on a daily basis

Adhering to timelines and maintaining discipline on the floor.

Job Specification (Prerequisite)

Proficient in Spoken English and Hindi

Open to work in rotational shifts

Salary: 10K to 12K per month

Education

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) [Required]
