Inbound Process

 Job Role will be as mentioned below:

  • Attending the calls of the existing customers and resolving their queries on the calls
  • Guiding them with net banking services 
  • Registering the complaints of the customers 

Skills:

  • Good command on English communication 
  • Active listening 
  • Basic banking knowledge 

Rotational shifts and offs 

(only day shifts for females)

Pick up and drop facility provided
