We have an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic and creative individual to join as a Fashion / Product Intern.
You will be responsible for photographing and retouching digital product images to be published online.
This is a casual role of 1-2 days per week, hours are flexible and highly suited to a candidate seeking further experience in photography & building up a profile.
You should own a camera (equipment) and appropriate software.
What we are looking for:
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are passionate about fashion clothing photography.
No experience needed.
However, knowledge in using and operating a state of the art commercial photography lightbox with fully integrated software, camera and lighting control or simply be creative to use your own imagination and think out of the box.
Editing capabilities to produce consistent, high-quality product images is essential Knowledge of manual camera settings and photography principlesHigh level skills in Abobe Photoshop or LightRoom for image touch-ups and background maskingHigh level computer skills, with the ability to quickly pick up new software diploma in Photography ( or working towards ),or a major in Photography is highly desirable but not necessary
Experience in product photography / high volume batch photography is desirable, along with the ability to produce high-quality and consistent images.
Good communication and time management skills are pivotal to this role along with the ability to work autonomously.
This role will suit someone who is looking for a great opportunity to showcase their skills in digital photography and who would love to work with one of the upcoming private high-end ethnic fashion labels.
