Key Skills Required:

·       Industry experience of minimum 1-3 years as a Software Developer / Programmer on PHP platform.

·       Able to understand client requirements and document functional specifications.

·       Experience of Developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications.

·       Ensuring QA of coding, perform unit and integration testing, documenting release notes and publish from development to QA to live.

·       Work as a team member, coordinating with other team members, guiding juniors, able to research and look for solutions independently.

·       Able to communicate status update, explain requirements and code to junior developers.

·       Very good understanding of database tables, indexes, primary key and database level testing of application.

·       Experience of 3 Tier Architecture and knowledge of any one MVC framework – Code igniter, YII or Zend Framework.

·       Strong HTML/XML and CSS skills.  Develop parameterized code and responsive design.

·       Strong working Knowledge of  Core PHP, MySQL, Dreamviewer, WAMP server,  Web services API, and integration with third party libraries

·       Knowledge of coding using API to send SMS, eMail and filling pdf forms.

·       Strong working Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (i.e., jQuery),client and server side validations, AJAX.

·       Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards

·       Other Skills such as Bootstrap CSS Frameworks, CSS Pre-processors, WordPress, Magento will be an added advantage

Educational Qualifications and Interpersonal Skills:

·       Should possess a Bachelor’s Degree – preferably B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology or Post-Graduation Degree – M.C.A with above average academic credentials in the field of IT.

·       Motivated individual, able to work independently with minimum supervision.

·       Should be a team player with optimistic attitude, problem solving and analytic skills.

·       Should have good communication and interpersonal skills

·       Should be adaptable, and eager to learn new technology and business processes.

·       Should have effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
