Position: Sr. PHP Developer

Experience: 3-9 years (1+year in Laravel is added advantage or Codeigniter/Yii
-exp. candidate can also apply)

Job Responsibilities :
Design, estimate, and code new features. This is primarily a coding position.
Architect new applications, and expand existing ones
Define, document, and enforce engineering standards.
Perform code reviews of your team members' work
Participate in software design discussions, sprint planning and other project
management meetings
Ensure existing applications are scaled to meet expected demand
Excellent fundamental knowledge of OOPs, PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, HTML 5, JQuery
1+ years of Experience in Laravel will be added advantage
Good command over MySQL development with complex queries, DB schema design
& Performance tuning
Working in a collaborative team environment using tools like Mantis , JIRA and
Git.
Experience of working with Agile methodology
Long term experience of working on product based organisation would be
preferred
Wider experience on all phases of SDLC for system developments
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve Production issues
Good verbal/written communication skills
Linux environment skills a big plus
Experience of working on enterprise systems would be a plus
Experience of working on Payroll / Finance domain would be a plus
Must be a good team player as well as capable of working standalone with least
supervision as per situation demands
Candidate with experience on Cake PHP/Zend /Yii/Codeingiter can also apply

Good verbal/written communication skills
