Job Summary
We are looking for web developers who have expertise in any PHP MVC framework with strong logical and analytical skills responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users via web or mobile UI. Your main focus will be in development of server-side logic in MVC architecture, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by designers into the application.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop server side code in PHP MVC based on requirements provided
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve quality and efficiency of software
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong knowledge of any PHP MVC framework
• Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming

• Understanding of MVC design patterns

• Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds

• Must be able to work on multiple projects

• Should be proficient in web application development life cycle using PHP and any RDBMS.

• Strong experience in handling front end technologies HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery etc

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Experience in writing APIs for Mobile Apps is an added advantage.

• Proactively identify issues and develop solutions or recommendations

• Must be able to communicate with clients and technical associates regarding requirement gathering, project demonstration, technical solutions to problems etc
