About the job

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who provides training and instruction in fitness programs to individuals and groups. Engages clients in exercise routines and programs that help them reach their individual goals.

Roles and responsibilities:-

• Identify the clients’ fitness level and health.
• Conducting initial consultations and evaluations of individuals.
• Providing guidelines to reduce or eliminate unhealthy behaviors.
• Developing and conducting seminars for clients and other employees.
• Developing health care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Supporting clients in their recovery or rehabilitation.
• Building a positive client engagement
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to retain customers by upselling, cross-selling, and renewing programs.

Requirements

• Masters in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum of 1 + years of similar work experience
• Knowledge of rehabilitation in various conditions will be preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Listening skills, counseling skills, Customer empathy, Documentation, MS Office. ( Having prior Sales experience will be an added advantage)
• Willingness to work in shifts based on clients' geographical locations.
• Should have a Laptop, mobile, and stable internet connection.
