Position Name : Packer- Red Meat, White Meat, Eggs, Marinades
Job Responsibilities:
The Team Member is to have knowledge about the FGSKU and grammages. The Team Member is to verify all the packets for their labels and shelf life once packed
The Team Member is to do the PLU quotes (bar code and numbering) for each of the packets
The Team Member is to inspect SFG (Semi finished goods) inspection before packing and weigh the product as per the grammage and seal the product as per the SKUs given
The Team Member is able to inspect the SFG and check for any foreign material via metal detector or other instruments
The Team Member is to do a physical count of packets and report whether the production is as per plan and highlight any deviations, if any.
The Team Member is to have knowledge about the cold chain process and maintain the products as per the process while handing the packets over to the dispatch helper
Behavioural: Communication Skills- The Team Member should be able to communicate in a polite and respectful manner to his team and supervisor.Should be able read and write
