Job Description: Picker Packer

Position: Picker Packer

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Pick products from warehouse/storage as per order list.

2. Pack items safely and accurately for dispatch.

3. Check product quantity, quality, and labels before packing.

4. Prepare shipments and hand over to logistics team.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse area.

6. Update stock movement and packing records.

7. Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

8. Complete daily targets within timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse / packing / logistics preferred.

• Basic reading and counting skills.

• Physically fit and able to lift packages when required.

• Attention to detail and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts.

Qualification:

• SSLC / PUC preferred.
