Job Description:
We are looking for a Picker/Packer to join our dark store operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items from shelves as per order list using handheld devices or pick lists.

• Pack orders safely and efficiently to ensure no damage during transit.

• Verify items for quantity and quality before dispatch.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dark store area.

• Coordinate with store supervisors for order fulfillment and stock updates.

• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines within the warehouse/store premises.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass qualification.

• Prior experience in warehouse, e-commerce, or retail operations preferred.

• Basic knowledge of handling mobile apps or order management systems.

• Physically fit and comfortable with standing or walking for long hours.

• Ability to work in shifts (morning/evening/night).
