Position: Placment Director

We are looking for a Placment Director to shape & implement strategies that will help us in joining hands with top reputed MNC's to increase the percentage of campus placement. Placement Director major responsibilities includes communicating with MNC's & working on campus recruitment. Ultimately, you will organize campus interviews & on-board our student in top reputed companies across India with respect to MNC's talent requirement.

Placement Director will also ensure that all academic & placement operations are carried on smoothly & effectively. The goal is to ensure that our student should meet the eligibility of top reputed MNC's & should be capable to crack the interview & get placed through campus. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Placement Director will be direct under Dean of the Univeristy & you will be directly responsible for managing a team of managers & organizing placement activities for the campus students starting from screening till deployment in reputed organizations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers & recruiter's of reputed oragnizations.
• Set campus hiring goals & strategies. (e.g. quarterly and annual)
• Work smart with managers of our training & development team.
• Manage all communication with student from the moment they apply until they get onboard.
• Arrange short term training & prepared student as per corporate standards.
• Take student's mock interview frequently & upskill their profile.
• Maintain communication, to ensure that our university maintains a positive reputation.
• Organize hiring events and job fairs with the huge presence of recruiter's.

Education and Experience:

• Any Bachelor or Master Degree with work experience in an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 05+ years of placement coordination work experience is required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
