Responsibilities and Duties

• Lineup candidate for Placement, Conduct Pre & Post placement activity of students for Trade like Solar, Healthcared, Sales, Retail, IT, Financila Institutions, Apparel
• Establishes workloads, assigns tasks, and reviews results.
• Documentation required and update of SDMS as per required
• Coordinate with operation manager and cenetre manager to smooth the work flow.
• Groom trainees and finally Counsel and Motivate trainees for jobs lineup.
• To place candidate as per requirement of the skill programs.
• Find out the placement tie-ups with industries and organizations.
• Initiate Corporate Tie up.
• Liaison with government officials and CSR agencies.
• Monitoring and ensure the Quality training of the students.
• Preparing periodic reports and MIS Reports for recruitment.
• Liaisoning and reporting to the Govt. authorities for the project, as required.
