5. Soft Skill :- excellent fluent English communication; self starter ; highly positive attitude and approach and thoughts process ; team building experience

Functional Skill :- To tie up the corporate clients like as IT & Non-IT companies for Free & Paid services ; to tie up the colleges & institute for mass admissions; to place our student for job ; to do the mocks interview of students ; to take interview preparation from our student for First HR round purpose of view ; to take care of internal hiring & external vendor hiring as a end to end recruitment; to take care of students problems and guide them ; arrange farewell party for placement students ; to take care of students admissions process and recovery of admissions fees ; to arrange guest lecturer in colleges 

7. Salary : As per knowledge and interview merit score
