1. Determining all required placement requirements and assist all trainees to exchange all information appropriately. Maintain knowledge on all requirements to facilitate the efficient working of the company
2. Manage all student progress
3. Promote all placements of graduates to various prospective employers through phone, email. Generate new leads (corporate),fix up appointments and support corporate relations manager.
4. Coordinate internal placement drives, tests and related activities for all trainees and ensure optimal utilization of all resources and ensure compliance to all regulations.
5. Update all placement related databases and prepare reports on ad-hoc basis.
6. Administer and provide assistance to all annual enrollment processes and prepare placement reports and facilitate in regular meetings.
