Planning Manager will be accountable for all planning and reporting
responsibilities of the project in
accordance with the L&W objectives and performs his responsibilities so
that project is completed in accordance with agreed scope, time, cost and

§ Reports internally to the Project Director (PD) and externally to
the Client/PMC representative.
§ Participates in the Project Kick-off Meeting chaired by PD and
attended by all the department heads PM and Project Staff. Records the client
brief and critical information of the project. Prepares the Minutes in standard
format comprising of actions points/action holders and target dates and
circulate to all concerned.
§ Studies the target milestones agreed in the tender stage and prepare
a detailed Master Construction program/schedule integrating the Civil
/Structural works and MEP works in consultation with GM/PM and MEP Manager
based on it. Review the MCP with GM/PM and submit the same for approval to PD.
§ Prepare a master procurement schedule in consultation with PM.
Submit for approval to the Procurement Manger and PD.
§ Regularly monitor and track the procurement schedule and highlight
the issues to PM and Procurement Manager.
§ Prepare monthly program along with micro-schedule along with labour
requirement, work content and time scheduling.
§ Track the schedule on weekly and monthly basis for plan vs. actual
progress. Identify the delays/lapses and prepare a recovery plan in
consultation with PM.
