Job description

We are Empyres Group, mining and mineral processing company indulged in products like silica sand, red ochre, limestone, dolomite etc. and we are looking for a Mining and Production Engineer for our mine and plant at CharkiDadri, Haryana.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assessing the feasibility and the potential for commercial benefit of new sites.

· Using specialist computer applications to maximize planning and production.

· Monitoring and evaluating underground performance.

· Training and supervising staff.

· Liaising with and advising managerial and technical staff.

· Check and maintain production output of the processing plants.

· Submit reports on performance and progress of the processing plant.

· Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to maximize the outcome.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 plus years of experience in similar industry.

· Experience in using various types of Mining and manufacturing machinery and tools

· The ability to head a team successfully and resolve issues relating to personnel quickly and efficiently

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills

· Experience with production planning, controls and instrumentation
