15,000 - 20,000 Per Month Looking for Appropriate candidate (Male) for Plant Incharge at Indore Location.
2. Should have a good experience (minimum 3 years in the same industry) and knowledge in Seed Production Industry (Agri-Business).
3. Should have handled large no of the team including labour and daily wagers.
4. Planning day-to-day production schedules, along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output and Stock movement Analysis and Reporting on Daily basis.
5. Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material and machine.
6. Observe and identify minor changes which can have an adverse effect on factory operations.
7. Directing, leading and motivating the workforce and imparting continuous on the job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
8. Should be able to control manpower and machinery both.
9. Working on succession planning of the workforce, appraising the members' performance and providing feedback.
10. Plant Location - Dhar Road and Betma - Indore
