Platform Operations Executive
We're looking for an Operations Wizardess/Wizard. This individual will essentially support critical day-to-day operations and also help keep the platform up to date with up-to-date information. The job will entail (but not limited to) the following:

·        Manage content updates across the platform (eg. creating and updating trainer profiles, updating plans, uploading images etc)

·        Briefing the design team for trainer profile images and uploading the same on the platform

·        Calling trainers and getting information from them to create their profile

·        Co-ordinating with clients for scheduling trial classes

·        Calling leads to understand their requirements and following up with them until we have a solution for them

Profile Requirements:

·        Must Have

·        Communication: Should be able to effectively communicate in grammatically correct English (written and spoken)

·        Fluency with using a computer (preferably someone who can understand and operate a website's content management system)

Good to have:

·        Passion for physical fitness

·        Any experience in the creative field

·        Some previous ops related work experience

·        Work Experience: 1 year of work ops related experience (but freshers can also apply)

·        QualificatIon: we don't care

·        Salary: will be dependant on the candidate
