ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: SSC pass with ITI in Plumbing (2 years course) from Govt. recognized Institution with 2-3 years’ experience in plumbing pipeline works, toilet maintenance in multistoreyed buildings, choke ups, operation of STP, WTP and pump operation work, plumbing pipe specification, sanitary items, general maintenance, etc. Willing to work in shift duties including nights, Sundays and Holidays.

Age : upto 25 years

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: SSC pass with ITI in Plumbing (2 years course) from Govt. recognized Institution with 2-3 years’ experience in plumbing system operation, plumbing pipeline works, toilet maintenance, choke ups, operation of STP, WTP, Pump operation works and knowledge of plumbing pipe specification, sanitary items. Willing to work in shift duties including nights, Sundays and Holidays.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: SSC pass with ITI in AC & R (2 years course) from Govt. recognized Institution with minimum 2 years’ experience in operating of centralized AC system OR ITI / Vocational course in AC & R (1 year) from Govt. recognized Institution with minimum 4 years’ experience in operating of centralized AC system. Candidate must have through knowledge of Operation of Screw chillers, Vertical and Horizontal pumps, AHUs, BMS system etc. and allied work or any other work as instructed from time to time. Maintaining of daily log sheet, proper stocking of in house material etc. Must be willing to work in shifts and off working hours as and when require. General maintenance of HVAC system. Willing to work in shift duties including nights, Sundays and Holidays.
