Job Description

Looking for plumbing supervisor with 2 years experience in the site execution .

Responsibilities:
Coordinating with other departments such as construction or maintenance to ensure that all work is done according to codes and standards
Inspecting the work of plumbers to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly
Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed at all times, such as wearing protective clothing, using lifelines, and using respirators
Ensuring that all plumbing work complies with federal, state and local laws and regulations
Managing a team of plumbers and other support staff members to complete projects on time and within budget
Estimating project costs and scheduling timelines for completion of work
Performing routine inspections of work sites to ensure that work is proceeding according to plans
Conducting training sessions to ensure that all plumbers are properly trained in new technologies or procedures
Recommending changes to company policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
