Department of Science and Technology (DST) under the National Mission on Interdisciplinary CyberPhysical Systems (NM-ICPS),Govt. of India has sanctioned the prestigious Technology Innovation Hub to IIT Hyderabad in the technological vertical of Autonomous Navigation and Data Acquisition Systems (UAVs, ROVs, etc.). Technology Innovation Hub on Autonomous Navigation – TiHAN at IIT Hyderabad will be the source for fundamental knowledge and technologies (IPs, Publications, Products, Commercialization as Licensing, ToTs...) in the technology vertical of Autonomous Navigation and Data Acquisition Systems, is inviting applications for Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship. Details are given below:

1. Available Positions: Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship (MAE/EEE)

2. Type of Position: All positions are for a period of 1 year, extension subject to performance.

3. Salary: Consolidated pay Rs. 55,000 per month (negotiable)

4. Eligibility: PhD with BE/BTech/MSc/Equivalent in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering / Electrical Engineering with relevant research/industrial experience and publication in standard journals will have added advantage. Candidate submitted the thesis and waiting for thesis defense are also encouraged to apply. Candidate should have good academic records throughout and good writing skills. Candidates should not have published in Predatory Journals.

5. Job Description: Collection of relevant literatures. Expertise in one of the domain areas listed below. Co-ordinate the work with the team. Report preparation and lab management. Interaction with sponsored agencies, etc.

6. Domain Areas of Interest Include: (i) Autonomous Navigation (ii) ADAS Functions (iii) Autonomous Vehicles (iv) Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) (v) Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) (vi) Vehicle System Dynamics
