Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the powder coating department, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Monitor equipment and materials to ensure smooth workflow, identifying and resolving any technical issues or malfunctions.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demands.

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirements.

Keep accurate records of production data, including quantities, rejections, and any necessary adjustments.

Assist in optimizing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Report to higher-level supervisors or managers on departmental performance and suggest improvements.
