Job Title: Power Platform Adoption and Change Management Specialist Responsibilities: Ø Develop change management strategies and detailed plans for change initiatives for customer engagements. Ø Coach customers and project team on change management principles and their practical application in a project context. Ø Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption using quantitative and qualitative techniques and revise plans, if needed, based on results. Ø Conduct ongoing risk/impact assessments and provide support throughout the project to figure out potential challenges/barriers/resistance and show corresponding risk mitigation strategies. Ø Coordinate change management implementation activities, ensuring execution aligns with overall plans, commitments to customers, and schedule/cost targets. Ø Coordinate with project managers ensuring alignment between change management and technical implementation plans for the initiative. Ø Work closely with product owners to ensure expected benefits are realized. Ø Develop and execute stakeholder, resistance management, communication, and training plans. Ø Develop and deliver communications assets related to the change management plan. Ø Review proposed change management communications for alignment with plan and customer’s corporate communications standards and organizational change culture. Ø Develop and deliver training assets related to the change management plan. Ø Contribute to the growth and development of ACM practice by taking part in activities such as developing new service offerings, marketing collateral, blogs, etc. Ø Develop and execute a comprehensive adoption strategy for Microsoft Power Platform, aligned with organizational objectives. Ø Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor Power Platform solutions to address them effectively. Ø Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational materials to empower users with necessary skills and knowledge. Ø Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback. Ø Partner with IT teams to ensure technical infrastructure supports secure and efficient deployment of Power Platform tools. Ø Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management. Ø Monitor adoption metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Ø Serve as a subject matter expert on Power Platform capabilities, staying current with features and industry trends. Ø Foster a community of Power Platform users, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing. Required/Minimum Qualifications: Ø Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Ø Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ø A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. Ø Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Ø Proven experience in Power Platform adoption, implementation, and change management. Ø Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). Ø Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results. Ø Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Skills: Ø Situational awareness and the ability to adjust messaging to your audience. Ø Ability to communicate with senior leadership/executives. Ø Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail. Ø Ability to collaborate with and influence others toward a shared vision or goal. Ø Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to adapt and be flexible as project conditions call for. Ø Ability to work independently with customers, be proactive, take initiative, and self-manage. Ø Ability to learn modern technology quickly and translate the benefits into training and communications assets. Ø Experience developing and delivering training programs and educational materials. Ø Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Ø Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. Ø Proficiency in gathering and analyzing requirements to tailor solutions. Ø Ability to provide ongoing support and guidance to users. Additional or Preferred Qualifications: Ø Good to excellent user-level understanding of one or more Microsoft Technologies, particularly Microsoft Power Platform. Ø Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist or other Microsoft certifications. Ø Excellent communication skills and proven record of accomplishment of delivering engaging tech talks to internal or external audiences. Ø Relevant certifications in Power Platform, project management, or change management. Ø Experience working in a large enterprise environment. Ø Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365, Dynamics 365). Ø Previous experience in fostering user communities or driving cultural and behavioral changes. Ø Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools.
