Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Cloud Development Support Specialist, you are responsible to resolver customer reported issues, do advanced problem-determination (Root cause analysis),publish technical notes and to give technical support for world-wide IBM Power Server customers.
A person in this role has the ability to become known as worldwide technical expert across all global industries (financial, governments, health care, technology services),gain executive recognition, have access to latest hardware and software technologies.

As a member of the Power Cloud Development Software Support team, job responsibilities include the demonstration of exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) to IBM clients, other IBM employees, and IBM management, timely updates for client situations, ability to effectively manage multiple complex situations, and deep technical product knowledge.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
