Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputed AICTE approved engineering college with 1 st Class.

Experience : 12-15 years of experience in the following areas:a) Power plant project and construction management for a medium capacity thermal or waste heat recovery power plant including BTG, BOP and all auxiliariesb) Operations & Maintenance of entire power plant including DCS operation as an overall coordinator at the level of plant head / Dy.Plant Head.

Salary : 45 to 50 LPA

Work Location : Hospet, Bangalore

Preferences : 1) M. Tech / MS in Power Plant Engineering or Thermal Power Engineering.2) BoE Certification; PMP Certification3) Looking a Plant Head working in Automotive Industry handling Machine Shop Operation and Rolling Mills.

Job Description:· Candidate should have good working knowledge of running and maintaining the Power plant.· Candidate should have experienced in handling STG, Boiler and BOP repair and maintenance requirements.· Maintain all plant facility within required timeframe and monitor all unit outages and manage all communication for projects.· Manage and ensure achievement of all operation objectives.· Collect all data for all plant operations and Design and implement all processes according to required policies and processes.· Participate in all improvement meetings and provide training to all employees and provide support to all product development activities.· Coordinate with various departments to manage all activities for plant such as shipping, operations and safety activities and monitor inventory of all products.· Determine and supervise required production targets to reduce cost and facilitate required changes to maintain product quality at all times.· Coordinate with plant head to achieve all plant and regional objectives.· Maintain efficient safety according to company standards and achieve all plant operational goals
