In this role, you will focus on IBM Techline IT specialists to provide technical support to IBM Sales and Channels teams for IBM solutions Responsibilities:- The Power Systems Techline Specialist/ Consultant works directly with sales teams, Business Partners, and customers.
- The role would require the person to understand customer’s technical and business environments, Cloud/Cognitive infrastructure solutions, provide technical sales support to the Power Systems sales teams to drive sales revenue, articulate technical benefits of IBM’s products, solutions and services to complement seller's discussion with customers, address technical issues and objections.
- Requires experience and knowledge in Power Systems technologies, including Power Systems architectures, IBM i, AIX and Linux operating systems, IBM i software products, Virtualization, high availability and Power hardware and software products.
- Requires experience with providing technical sales support to the Power Systems sales teams to drive sales revenue, articulating technical benefits of IBM’s products, solutions and services to complement seller's discussion with customers, addressing technical issues and objections.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Minimum 4-8Years of experience is required
