• The Program Executive is managed by and reports functionally to the Program
  
• Coordinator. The position is based inFOLKdepartment of ISKCON Bangalore, with regular
  
• travel within Bangalore, to other campaign locations
  

• As a member of the Program Team, the job purpose is to participate in the planning and execution of campaign work in order to achieve the objectives of FOLK, currently focused on training people in Soft skills through personality enrichment workshop, In these workshops,
• our speakers will share time-tested Vedic principles of improving one’s focus, happiness and quality of life and a practical approach to incorporate these in our everyday life.
• In the first years the job will be primarily focused on developing and further enhancing.
  
• the FOLK campaign in various educational institutes in Bangalore
  
• campaigns in order to ensure productivity and respond effectively to strategic opportunities, which influences the development of FOLK activities.

• Communicate effectively with prospective participants.
  
• Establish communication and ensure collaboration with local authorities while maintaining an active network.
