The pre-sales executive will support our business development team in their mining efforts.

Profile for day-to-day responsibilities include:

To understand the portfolio of prospective customers
Attend to customers phone calls and generate leads
Provide BHIVE property information to customers via good communication and presentation skills
Attend to website chat application promptly and manage leads
Prepare sales reports and MIS reports
Develop and maintain records of client communication and sales activity in internal systems
Achieve monthly sales target as assigned
In charge of end to end lead management

Desired Candidate :

Effective Communicator, Excellent communications skills is a must
Possess customer-oriented attitude & should be goal oriented
Should be courteous, professional and polite
Ability to deal with telephone queries in a professional manner
The ability to think on their feet, self-motivated and should be willing to work in a highly result oriented environment and a team player
