Job Description
Job Summary:
• Explain projects to clients and address inquiries.
• Contact potential clients via phone/email to build relationships.
• Identify new business leads and meet sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant property details.
• Follow up regularly with clients and schedule property viewings.
• Maintain records using CRM.
Requirements:
• Strong phone communication skills.
• 6 months to 1 year of telesales experience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts
Create customized solutions to meet customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transition from presales to implementation
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings
Provide high-level technical support to sales team and customers
