Job Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Visit all Non Nippon dealers that include Cement and Tile dealers as per PJP and order placement. – min 10

·         Effective Communication on primary, secondary & sell out schemes to all dealers

·         Ensure new dealer appointment especially the key dealers in all the segment ( Cement/Tile/Paint) – 20 new customers every month

·         Ensure 2 Product min placement according to the segment ( Cement/Tile) & 5 in Paint

·         To Conduct Masson/Painter Meet in all key dealers – 3 meet in a week min with min 10 data base of top 10

·         must be regularly followed up
