Total 6 + Years of experience in Call Centre / BPO Industry, Good knowledge of various Call Centre Technologies including Avaya, cisco & Verint/NICE, experience in BPO Solution designing & IT costing.
•Understanding of latest Telecom communication technologies & Complex Telecom network designs
•Must have Knowledge on advance Trends in Call Centre Technology & Telecom Design.
• Ability to work on Call Centre & BPO Solution Proposals
• Ability to work & respond to RFI & RFP.
• May be required to work in single contributor role and handle CCT projects and solutions independently.
•Ability to understand & Troubleshoot complex Telecom issues
•Ability to perform high end configurations for Telecom devices
• Must have thorough knowledge about the Network products / Topologies used in BPO's
•Well versed with VOIP topologies on WAN / MPLS with knowledge of H.323 & SIP
•Experience & Good knowledge on Call Center Voice solutions (Avaya, Cisco , Gensys , Aspect etc )
•Experience & good knowledge on Call recording solutions (NICE, Verint, etc)
•Good understanding of reporting tools.
•Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
•Ability to bring innovative solution to customer requirementsVoice Lead - Presales
•Responsible for RFI & RFP Response
•Responsible for BPO & CCT Solution designing & Proposal along with costing
•Attend the internal meetings on the bid process
•Attend the external meetings withg customer on the solution defense
•Responsible for Team’s performance tracking
•Responsible for Process Documentation & Complete Telecom Products Inventory.
•Vendor Management - closely work with Vendor/OEM for back to back solution and commitments
•Performing Statistical analysis of data and bridging the gaps between reports
•Up to day technology update and enhance the technical skils including AI,ML,etc
•Responsible for Tracker update regularly
•Responsibe for customer visits/meeting on need basis
•Additional support on operational & transition activities on need basis
